ServiceFirst Foundation: Training for System Administrators and Agents

  • This three day, Train-the-Trainer course is designed for Agents (one day) and Systems Administrators (two days). It includes maintenance and troubleshooting for ServiceFirst Foundation.

  • There is no minimum or maximum student requirement.

ServiceFirst Foundation: Developer Training

  • This five day course provides training in telephony, web enablement agent application, routing rules, installation and trouble shooting.
  • Course requires a minimum of 6 students (maximum 10). Knowledge of HTML, CTI and Java is required. Experience in web development highly desirable.

ServiceFirst Connections: Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

  • This four day basic course provides one day of IVR System Administration training, two days of IVR Application Development training, and one day of education in IVR maintenance and trouble shooting.

  • Course requires a minimum of 6 students and a maximum 8 students per class.
