  Microlog’s TeleReminder Support staff is professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to your success. We offer several support options:

  Premier Maintenance Plans
 
  • Unlimited telephone calls to Microlog’s Customer Technical Assistance Center, seven days per week, 24 hours per day.
  • Hardware component replacements at no charge for issued Microlog parts.
  • New software upgrades.
  • Maintenance releases.
  • On-site hardware fixes.
  Time and Materials Plan
 
  • Labor is charged at a fixed rate with a 3-hour minimum.
  • Software upgrades are available at an additional per release charge.
  • Bug fixes are included within warranty period only (60 days on software and hardware).
  • On-site charges include travel time from Microlog’s facility.
  Customers are responsible for maintaining their Servers outside of the Microlog applications (Virus Scans, OS updates, backups, etc.). However the Server administration can also be included as part of your above maintenance plan.
